Call in to our store and simply return your item(s) with your original store or gift receipt, or your email order confirmation and we will refund or exchange items which are in a re-saleable condition at the price shown on your store receipt or order confirmation email.
If you are unable to return your item(s) to us, we can arrange for our courier to collect your item(s). This is ideal if you wish to return larger items. Please call our Store on 01992 642260 for a quote. We will be happy to arrange this for you.
Refunds cannot be given if only a store gift receipt is provided with your return as they do not show the amount paid or the payment method used. An exchange may be offered in this case and will be at the managers discretion.
